Agents are users who will receive calls from a call queue
To add agents, sign into the dashboard and open Configuration > Call Queues
Then open the queue you wish to add agents to, and scroll to the heading marked Agents, then look for the option marked Agents:, by default this section is blank
Using the drop down box, select all the users you wish to have ring when this call queue is in use
Scroll t the bottom of the page and press Save
