A queue will allow you to have multiple users ring at the same time, or in a particular order, similar to a ring group. A queue is more powerful than a ring group, as it allows the use of wallboards, announcement messages, abandoned call emails and more features to fine tune your system.
To add call queue, sign into the dashboard and open Configuration > Call Queues
Click New Queue in the top left corner of the new page

Give the Queue a unique name, Select whether the caller will hear ringing, music or voice over message

Add the extensions required to ring to the call queue, under Agents further down the page

Press Save at the bottom of the page
