If you are experiencing an issue with no audio using the Sipalto Mobile App over mobile data on the 3 Mobile (Three UK) network, it could be because there are older mobile data network settings in place on your iOS device.
The following guide outlines the iOS settings required to resolve this issue.
From iPhone Settings, select Mobile Service.
On the Mobile Service page, select Mobile Data Network.
On the first row under Mobile Data APN change the APN from "three.co.uk" to "3internet"
All other fields (including MMS APN) can remain unchanged.
(NB there is no button to save these settings, but simply updating the Mobile Data APN as per the above will auto-save.)
