Call Transfer - Attended

The attended transfer allows you to speak to another user before transferring the call across to them.

To perform the attended transfer first press the transfer button at the bottom of your screen during a call.

Press the Attended Transfer button and either manually enter/search for the extension you want to perform the attended transfer with.

Once dialled the caller will hear hold music and you will be enter a call with the dialled extension.

You can then either press the green button to transfer the call across or the red button to hang up the second call.

If you hung up the second call you will see the above screen; this is the original call in a paused state. Press the resume button to re-enter the original call.
