Phone Permissions - iOS

The following guide outlines the essential iOS permission settings for the Sipalto app, please enable the following permissions to ensure all aspects of your app work correctly.

Head to iPhone Settings , then scroll down until you find Sipalto. The following settings should be enabled as per the below image:

Contacts: Optional - This optional setting adds your phone's personal contacts within the app, it can be selected and de-selected within the Sipalto App

Microphone: Enable - This option is essential in order for your app mic to work

Siri & Search: Optional -This allows you to search for Sipalto from your iOS search box

Notifications: Enable - This option is essential in order to receive incoming calls, ensure you also enable all sub-options within the Notifications section

Background App Refresh: Enable - This option is essential in order to receive incoming calls

Mobile Data: Enable - This option is necessary in order to make or receive calls when not connected to wifi

*Important note* - If your iPhone enters Low Power Mode, your app may stop ringing when an inbound call comes in, this is due to Background App Refresh being disabled. We cannot override this iPhone function so please monitor your battery level to avoid this from happening.
