Setup BRIA Sofphone App on iOS

How to setup the BRIA Softphone App on an iOS / Apple device.

This guide will help you get up and running on BRIA in just a few minutes. The same guide can be used on any Apple iOS device.

Step 1

Search 'bria' in the App Store and download the Bria Mobile App.

Step 2

Once downloaded, click on the App for the first time.

You will be presented with the 'Select Provider' page. Select the first option which is VoIP (SIP) - Calling.

Step 3

Enter your credentials as follows:

Account Name: SiPalto
Username: Your SiPalto Username
Password: Your SiPalto Password
Domain: Your SiPalto Server Address

Toggle Enabled: ON

VM Number: *40

Then click on Save.

Step 4

If you have entered in your credentials correctly the below page will appear with a green phone icon, if a red icon appears you will need to check your settings and enter them in again.

Step 5

Now click on the dial pad icon at the bottom left to make your first call.
