Call Transfer - Attended

An attended transfer will allow you to speak to the receiver, prior to passing the call. This will allow you to relay a message and the receiver to accept or reject the call

To perform an attended Transfer, please click the button that looks like two arrows crossing paths

After the button is pressed, the other caller will hear Hold Music, you can then type the number to transfer to, followed by pressing the Green Transfer button

You will now have the opportunity to speak to the receiver to confirm the transfer. If the call is to be transferred, press the Green Complete Transfer button. If the call is to be rejected, press the Red Cancel button, this will take the caller off of hold allowing you to speak to them.
