When a call is placed on hold, the caller is played your on hold music. The person who has placed the caller on hold is able to consult other members of staff or perform other tasks during the hold time.
1. When on a call, press the Pause button to put the other end on hold.
2. The button will be coloured when active and other call participants will be unable to hear you, but they will hear On-hold music.
3. Press the Pause button again to resume the call.
