Directory - Uploading a .CSV File

You can use the CSV load feature in the phone book to upload bulk entries to your phonebook.

To begin head to:

Configuration > Phone Books/Databases

If you want to keep and add on to your current list you can CSV export and add onto the existing excel, or create a new csv using the template attached at the bottom of this guide and pressing CSV load.

First load your CSV using the browse button in the first field. If you're adding onto an existing Phone Book select Add to in the Old data field or replace to overwrite your existing entries. Change the Delimiter from ; to , and change the First row drop down from data to Column Names

Scroll to the bottom and press Check, you should see your data load in into 2 columns; Name and Phone then press Load to upload your data.
