Your outbound number is what is presented to the person you have called, this can be your main number or direct dial, and you may find the need to switch between multiple outbound numbers for different reasons.
To use an outbound number, you MUST own the number and be able to prove this if asked.
To add agents, sign into the dashboard and open Configuration > Extensions
Select the extension that you require the change to be made to. Scroll down to the section marked Outbound Calls. You can select the option marked External CID Number and select the number you wish to present as, or simply check the box marked Block External Caller ID to withhold you Caller ID.
