As well as users creating and managing their own personal directly, you can also add a Global Directory which is visible to all Sipalto App users.
In order to add your global directory, first navigate to the SiP Cloud Dashboard and go to:
Configuration -> Phone Books -> Manage Phone Books
Click on the New Phone Book button at the top right of the page.
You will then need to set the Phone Book settings as below, please note naming this Phone Book to Global is mandatory in this instance:
Name: Global
Items: Name, Phone
Then click on Save to create the phone book.
Now that the directory has been created you can add records to the directory, either one at a time or via .CSV upload for larger volumes of records.
On the left hand system navigation go to:
Configuration -> Phone Books -> Phone Books/Databases
If you have more than one phone book on the system select Global on the right handside:
To add an entry one at a time click on the + icon at the bottom of the page:
Then enter a new record:
Name: Contact Name
Phone: Contact Phone Number
Press Submit to add the entry

Enable the Global Directory in your App
You have successfully added your first entry in to the Global phone book, now each user (who wishes to list the Global contacts) must enable this function in their app.
Open your Sipalto App, then go to Settings. Click on Global Contacts to enable the Global Directory.
Now all Global contacts will appear in the app's contacts list, but they cannot be edited or adjusted, only the system admin can edit Global contacts via the dashboard.
