Music on Hold - Creating your music on hold

To use your media files as music on hold you first need to upload your media to the system. Next go to Configuration > Music on Hold and click New Music on Hold in the top right.

Firstly enter a name for your Music on Hold (Naming it something recognisable will make it easier to find when applying it.)

Select your media files from the dropdown menu, you can select multiple media files - they will play in order from top to bottom. (You can tick randomise order if you don't need the media to play in order).

Leave Use standard application ticked by default.

Once you have finished selecting your media and settings press save to upload it to the system.
