Sometimes we now in advance when a change to the phone system routing needs to be made, such as a bank holiday or Staff Training Day
Go to Configuration, then Conditions
Click 'New Condition' from the right hand side of the page
Name the condition so it is easily recognisable and states what the condition controls and select the Type as 'Calendar'
Click on the date that is the bank holiday or the training day
Press the pencil in the blue box to set the times/date of your condition, you can also press the bin icon to remove completely from the calendar.
Start: 2024-06-18 09:00
End: 2024-06-18 17:30
Choose the "Destination when matches" (The areas in blue) E.g. Main Voicemail
The "Destination when NOT matches" (areas in grey) MUST be set to the standard office hours condition so routing will return to normal.
Press Save when complete.
