Call Park
This is a feature that allows you to put a call on hold from one handset and continue the conversation from another handset.
The Call Park feature is a standard feature on our network, using the feature code *11 to activate. The caller will hear music on hold whilst waiting for the call to be answered.
To park a call
- While on a call press TRANSFER.
- Dial *11 and press send
- Listen to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) & note down the Parking Spot Number. E.g. 700
- Press TRANSFER.
To answer the call on a second handset
Dial the Parking Spot number from the handset you wish to continue the call on for e.g. 700. This will connect you to the parked call.
