Upon opening the desktop app, should you experience a solid white screen within the app window this will mean the app cannot reach our servers from your current location.
This may be due to your ISP being blocked by the Sipalto network or because you are located in a country that is not accessible to the Sipalto network.

When submitting the ticket please provide your public IP address, this can be obtained by typing 'What's my IP address' into Google.
If you are located outside the UK and in order to save time, ensure you advise the country you are located in when you submit the ticket.
