Speed dials are a way to assign shortcuts to full numbers. This enables you to quickly dial a frequently used contact without dialling the full number. E.g. 0330 can be assigned to dial 0330 580 0000
Creating a Speed Dial:
- Click on the “+” to create a new Short Number.
- Add record - Short Number: <Enter a short/quick dial number> E.g. 0330
- Full Number: <Enter the full number> E.g. 0330 580 0000
- Comment: <Enter the number description> E.g. SiPalto Support
- Press Submit to save your new Speed Dial
