Configure Feature Codes

This guide will show you how to create feature codes that trigger special features or perform specific operations. Feature codes can start with the * (star) or with the # (sharp) and is followed by a number [NUM].

For example, If a feature code is set to *8[EXT] to Pick up Extension [EXT] and you have defined extension 100, then dialling *8100, the extension 100 will be picked up.

To start head to Feature Code under Configuration and press New Feature

Enter a code - this is what you will dial on your handset.

Secondly enter a comment or description of what the feature code does.

Lastly enter the destination to define what the feature code will do.

Example:

1. Code: <*50>
2. Comment:<Park a Call>
3. Destination: <Park the call>

Once you've finished press Save to create your feature code
