All calls can be recorded so that you can listen back to the call, this can be used for many different reasons including legal and training purposes. Once a call is recorded, you will need to know how to listen back to that call or even download the call for safe storage.
To listen to calls, you will need to know the time and date of the call and the number or extension involved. You can then search for the call detail by following the call history article found by clicking here.
Once you have the call you are looking for click on the speaker symbol to receive a pop up with further options
To download the recording press 'Download' and follow the browsers save file options
Alternatively, press the play button to listen to the recording through the browser
